Elmedin Kikanović, born on September 2, 1988, is a Bosnian professional basketball player known for his career in both club and international basketball.

In his professional career, Kikanović started playing for Sloboda Tuzla. He later joined Crvena zvezda from 2007 to 2010. In June 2011, he signed with the Russian club Yenisey Krasnoyarsk. He made a midseason move to the French club SLUC Nancy in May 2015 and then joined the German club Alba Berlin in July 2015.

Afterward, Kikanović continued his career with various teams. He played for AS Monaco in the LNB Pro A and won the Leaders Cup with them in 2018. He then joined OGM Ormanspor in the Turkish Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL) in 2019 but returned to AS Monaco in February 2020. In May 2020, he once again returned to OGM Ormanspor.

In July 2021, Kikanović joined Kuwait SC and notably scored a game-high 22 points in the final of the 2021 Arab Club Basketball Championship. In April 2022, he made a move to Al Riyadi Club Beirut, competing in the Lebanese Basketball League.

Kikanović has also made contributions to his national team, playing for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national basketball team. He participated in various EuroBasket tournaments, representing his country in EuroBasket 2011, EuroBasket 2013, and EuroBasket 2015, showcasing his skills and dedication on the international stage.
